No Bake Peanut Butter Oatmeal Balls

Peanut Butter Oatmeal Balls

Equipment:
• Wooden Spoon

Ingredients: (Optional Depending on Preference)

  • Oatmeal
  • Chocolate Chips
  • Coconut Flakes
  • Raisins
  • Mini M&M’s
  • Rice Crispy
  • Dried Apple
  • Flax Seeds

Instructions: 

  1. Add the peanut butter into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add a tablespoon of honey
  3. Add the oats and remaining ingredients you want to add. We added coconut flakes, mini chocolate chips and raisins.
  4. Then mix all other ingredients until blended.
  5. Roll into 20 (1-inch) balls, using about 2 Tbsp. for each
  6. Chill for 30 minutes
